After watching the movie on friday it really got me thinking; why do women always seem to be put down or "downgraded" in advertisements? The picture to the left is titled "How A Real Man Uses A Post It Note" and it shows a man and a women in bed and the woman has a note on her forehead that has "Jane" written on it. This portrays men as people that get many women and it also shows that women are simply just objects. It will be tough to stop this discrimination but making movies like that lady did can only help.

Good post JKlei, this is a really good topic, and you speak the truth. All too often men think of women as objects, but that fact that it's less covered up like something such as racism (not to say covering it up makes it better) is why it continues because people see it all around them and figure it's ok. If nobody says anything nobody will stop doing it.

Ya i agree, i think your picture is really good. It shows exactly what the movie was trying to show. Good job finding that. I also agree with andrew, if no one steps in the way of this we will all be bystanders and not stop this from happening.
